The volume contains the plan of organization of the Senior Class of 1868 of the Agricultural College of Pennsylvania, list of members, and minutes of meetings (15 February 1868-14 June 1893). They agreed to purchase a silver cup "to be presented to the first child born in lawful wedlock to any member of this class." On 11 December 1873 Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel Hiester had a baby girl and received the silver cup on 3 June 1874. The class exchanged photographs and provided the class historian with their height, weight, girth, and personal histories. At the 1871 meeting they decided to purchase six silver spoons to present to Mrs. Ann Condill in appreciation for her services in preparing the dinner. Includes a letter from Massey C. Burrowes for Mrs. Condill to Joseph H. Stavely thanking him for the spoons.
